libdbix-runsql-perl software package provides module to run an SQL file via a DBI handle, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbix-runsql-perl
libdbix-runsql-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbix-runsql-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbix-runsql-perl *
You will get with libdbix-runsql-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
